    JJD Consultants, LLC (doing business as C-Suite Business Consulting LLC) was founded in 1998 by John J. DeMartino, a graduate of Fordham University and a Certified Public Accountants. John sought to revolutionize business consulting practices, and make it affordable and founded JJD Consultants, LLC (C-Suite) to do just that.

     

    We know that "change" necessitates “action”. C-Suite Business Consulting Services believes that clients deserve more than reports.     Chief Executive Officer

    John J. DeMartino has over 40 years’ experience as a Big Four Certified Public Accountant to multi-billion commercial bank and bulge-bracket investment banking firms. He has held senior executive positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer and served senior roles in banking & treasury, securities (broker/dealer), private equity, sports marketing & athletic representation, investment management, community social services not-for-profit, and healthcare.

     

    In addition to serving as the Chief International Finance Officer of a US-based broker dealer for an international securities presence in the UK, John has had significant experience interfacing with governmental regulators that include:

    John is Chairman of the Board of RAIN Total Care Inc, a NYC Agency with a $67 million budget that serves over 1 million meals through its Meals on Wheels Program, provides senior centers, senior assisted living & home attendant services. John was awarded the 2018 NYC Leon David Simmons "Extraordinary Caregiver Award" for outstanding service with this organization.

He is a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s Small Business Outreach Committee, Investment Company Committee and the Sports Entertainment Committee. John also holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. He is a Martial Artist holding a 4th Degree Black Belt in Korean Certified Kukkiwon Tae Kwon Do.

     

    John is a former Adjunct Professor at Concordia College having taught undergraduate courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Business Concepts, Cost Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Valuation and Money, Banking and Financial Markets. John has been featured on WOR 710 AM Morning Show discussing the IRS ruling on “Home Office Deductions”. He has also contributed to the Daily News Biz Article on the “Benefits and Problems with Family Businesses” and in an article in Crain’s NY on “Reducing Small Business Overhead without Affecting the Customer Base”. He was a contributor to the Accounting Web Article on Strategic Planning and Business Financing.

    Carlos was a founding partner and served as President/CEO of Bio-mecanica, Inc., parent company of Brava, LLC of which he was also President/CEO. Brava, LLC is a medical device manufacturer and leader in the field of autologous tissue transfer for in-vivo engineering. Carlos was responsible for building the company from inception, including raising over $20 million in seed capital and debt from over 100 investors; identifying and hiring very specialized talent required to develop and launch the product; establishing manufacturing facilities and channels of distribution; as well as developing the technology’s brand, communication strategy, marketing and advertising campaigns and after sales support systems. He was also responsible for communicating with regulators, and financial reporting and investor relations.

     

    Before his involvement with Bio-mecanica, Inc., Carlos was founder and President/CEO of Miami Medical Centers, USA, Inc., a global health care network servicing foreign nationals in the U.S. During his tenure the network grew from being South Florida centric, to having a national and international footprint with over 5,000 hospitals and 180,000 physicians in the U.S., 37 international clients, representative offices in seven countries and medical service capabilities in 52 additional countries.

    Previously, Carlos held the title of Director at Sokana Industries, Inc. owner of Astilleros Unidos de Veracruz (Auver), the largest shipbuilding facility in the Western Hemisphere at that time, where he was also elected Vice-Chairman. During his time with Sokana and Auver he was responsible for funding Auver by raising more than $75 million for operations; communicating with Mexican authorities, specifically the Ministries of Finance and Labor with which he resolved a violent labor strike and re-negotiated a new labor contract. Carlos was also actively engaged in the global marketing and sale of

    new ship building projects and secured commitments and the requisite financing for the building of ships in excess of $200 million.

     

    Carlos began his professional career as an Associate Auditor with Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (precursor to KPMG Peat Marwick) in New York City, where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant license. On his one year anniversary he was transferred to Peat’s Mexico City office as part of a select turnaround team of five professionals sent to improve for Firm’s Latin American operations. He returned to the U.S. after four years and earned a Master’s Degree in Business. Upon graduation he re-joined KPMG to establish and manage its Strategy and Financial Management Consulting Practice for the Southeastern U.S. and Latin America.

     

    Carlos functional expertise lies in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and operations management. His experience encompasses various industries including health care, transportation, energy, insurance, finance, software development and consumer products.

     

    He received an MBA Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Management, a BS Degree in Administration from the Boston College School of Management, and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.

    Dave is a Finance & Accounting executive with proven strategic thinking skills for increasing profits, foreseeing risk, establishing internal controls and minimizing losses.     Dave graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Accounting and the Stern School of Business at NYU with an MBA in Finance.

    Senior Consultant

    Murat has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of engineering, technical and information systems. His experience spans military electronics, ocean and oil exploration engineering, embedded electronics, medical devices and information systems.

     

    Recently he served as the Chief Engineering/Information Officer for Brava, LLC, where he designed and developed advanced proprietary medical device integrated circuit boards and wrote the accompanying software for control, communication and reporting in real-time, as well as developing an in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

     

    Previously he was a Research Scientist at Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science of the University of Miami and before that R&D engineer for Turkey’s largest military electronics company where he was responsible for designing the hardware and software for electronic counter measure systems for military radios.

     

    Murat has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He holds several U.S. patents.

    He has ten years of experience as a Controller of hedge funds encompassing fund accounting and fund administration. He has established the infrastructure with complementary controls for a start-up hedge fund. His responsibilities spanned all facets of hedge fund accounting, administration and operations. Employers include ACP Investment Group, LLC, HSBC Global Asset Management, JP Morgan Chase and M. Safra & Co.

     

    Bob has over ten years of experience managing product control teams for broker-dealers. He has supported the fixed income, mortgage backed securities, equity, and merchant banking divisions in all non-trading efforts. Bob has served as their liaison for accounting, finance, audit, operations, compliance, and regulatory items.
